OUT OF STOCK IN ALL CHAIRS, DOUBLE AND SINGLE GLIDERS, LOVE SEATS, BAR CHAIRS, AND CHAIR FRAMES. Unfortunately due to shipping issues overseas we have no idea when we will receive our container. We hope to have product by 2022. We are so sorry that we cannot give definite information. These issues are beyond our control.

If you have any questions or concerns, or are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us via e-mail.
We gladly send replacement parts for any item that may be damaged. Most of the time it is not necessary to replace the complete item. We’ll issue a refund, providing merchandise is returned in its original packaging, less a 20% restocking charge. If the item is returned due to damage we will cover shipping costs for the return shipment and there will be no restocking fee charged. Otherwise you are responsible for return shipping.
If you have changed your mind regarding your order that has already been shipped, please Do Not refuse the package(s). A return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund and a 20% re-stocking fee, once the item is returned to us in its original packaging with no damages.
We do everything we can to ensure that your item arrives as soon as possible. However, delivery times vary depending on the method of shipment you choose. All of our shipments are sent via UPS, but in certain circumstances, such as over-sized items or large orders, other methods may be used. Heavyweight items usually require additional charges, please contact us for a quote before submitting your order. Custom items always require additional time. If you must receive a package on a particular day or on a Saturday, please call our customer service representative at 1-903-665-6449 to determine which method of shipping you should choose.
For Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day shipping, orders placed after 11:00 am CST, will be shipped the following day (not including Saturday or Sunday). Please call us if you need Saturday delivery.
The following delivery ranges are estimates and do not include weekends or holidays. All our items ship from Jefferson, Texas 75657.

Orders placed before 11:00 am CST are delivered within 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply. For a shipping quote on larger orders, please call our customer service representative.
Orders placed before 11:00 am CST are delivered within 2 business days (Monday-Friday delivery).
Orders placed before 11:00 am CST are delivered within 3 business days (Monday-Friday delivery).
Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested for, packages actually tendered to UPS.
All International orders will need to be approved, please call our customer representative at 1-903-665-6449 to determine if we can ship to you. If so, international orders will ship UPS, USPS or by an approved freight carrier.
Heavyweight items and International shipping usually require additional charges, please contact us for a quote before submitting your order.
Shipping rates do not include tariffs, duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges. All brokerage tax, bonds, tariffs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Other shipping charges, surcharges or accessorial charges may apply and your final shipping charge may differ based on your shipper characteristics and the characteristics of, and services requested for, packages actually tendered to UPS, USPS or Freight carrier.
Larger orders may require freight delivery. If your order shipping charges cannot be calculated online you will be notified of your shipping costs as quickly as possible and will only be charged when customer approval is obtained.
Freight prices will vary dependent on items and shipping destination.
The following rules apply to all freight deliveries:
* Freight deliveries can only be made to locations with a street address and phone number. If you can ship to a commercial location your freight rate could be cheaper.
* Freight delivery must be signed for in person.
* Freight companies are not responsible for carrying merchandise into your home.
* If your delivery should arrive with any visual damage to the packaging, please make a note of this on the waybill before signing for your delivery. It would also help if you could take pictures
