Got this in white with purple chairs...too cute...love it!

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the table. I thought it would be light-weight and more of an afterthought. Not at all, well made and very sturdy.

I received my Parklane set this week. I love the color.This was a huge selling feature for me.

I think I would have been more comfortable spending more money for the furniture and have less charged for shipping. Just my perception of hthngs. I rationalized it eventually.

The first chair took an extra 45 minutes to put together as the tubing had a seam inside which would not allow the curved bit to insert properly. I had to file it down with a diamond file. Sort of frustrating. A bigger, earlier warning about the gap encountered between the frame and the seat for that last bolt might be good- including a recommendation on how to deal with it. I ended up sitting on the thing sideways! The Allen wrench pooped out on that last bolt and I had to use another. Actually, photos of the assembly would have been more helpful than the included sheet.

I became aware of a paint blemish (a sort of a sheeting) on the back AFTER I had it put together. Do you offer any sort of touch-up paint product? The second chair required less filing, but still was more frustrating than I would have liked.

A complimentary container of the recommended auto polish would be a nice gesture.

Somehow things arrived sound, although the box looked like it had been through a meat grinder when it arrived, all the corners soft .

I was disappointed that the product originated in China. I missed this fact on your website. (I didn't see it now going back to look either.) I got the feeling things were coming from you there in Texas.

It has rained constantly since their installation in the back yard. i look forward to using them soon and for many years to come. They sure look pretty!

I ordered the set in aqua. It is beautiful and very comfortable. I had a bit of trouble putting it together because the tools were not that great. It got easier once I figured out the best way to use the tools. I would definitely recommend this set. Great price for great furniture.

I love this set. Bought it as a Christmas present for myself.Such a beautiful orange color. As soon as summer gets here, it'll be sitting on my front porch making all the neighbors green with envy. Have you guys ever thought about making some protective weather coverings for the furniture you sell?

I got the purple finish. Very rich and like the on-screen "swatch". These are comfortable and feel well made. The only downside for me were the instructions for the chairs. Mine only had a list of the items and pretty much said put it together. The other items I purchased had details. Maybe I was missing a page?

The delivery was fast from Texas to Newengland. The set was easy to assemble and Looks Great! We got the Red and it looks Fantastic with our Coca-Cola stuf.

I saw a similar set at a local retailer but they seemed flimsy in comparison to what this set turned out to be. They arrived early and were easy to assemble. To top it off, they're very comfortable. A great purchase!

I ordered two of these chairs for my 20's style bungalow house. They were easy to put together after learning on the first one. They are well built, very sturdy and high quality. I did buy a few of the "Seconds" as well that are all chinese made. I could tell a difference. Both are very nice though. Thank You Retro Metal Chairs for making a great product. I look forward to more of your product being made in the USA. It really helps my decision to buy a product.

We are so fortunate to have stumbled across the Retro Metal Chairs website. I built a firepit area with a large metal tractor rim for the fire, built a small wall around the area with broken cement pieces, filled the whole area with granite, and needed the final touch....chairs. We ordered 2 of the Park Lane chairs, and could not be happier with our purchase. The shipping was fast, and the communication from Retro Metal Chair Company was fantastic. We are now trying to think up new areas around our house to purchase some more chairs. Thanks for such a wonderful product....heavy duty and a great paint job. We are very pleased with our product.

My hubby had been looking for the clam shell chairs for years now, so.... I Purchased two of the Retro clam shell chairs to go with one of the 1950's original that my husband had refinished. Once the chairs arrived my husband promptly went about putting them together, it was done in no time flat. He was just like a 8year old on Christmas morning, the excitement all over his face. They look almost exactly like the original. Only difference is the placement of the arm tubing it is up higher, and the bottom tubing support is rounded and not squared. No other differences. Thank you so much for bringing the wonderful chairs back into production, they are sure to be a hit.

The chairs arrived promptly. Assembly was an issue. The first one took a little time - but by number 4 I was good at it and could with pleasure have taken a job with the company! We have the chairs on our patio, 2 of each color, along with a metal table we made ourselves from an old door. I'm very happy with these chairs, their comfort and appearance, and with the thought that I that should I ever desire to change the color, a can of spray paint will do the trick with ease. Now if only summer would arrive here on the Northwest!

We bought two Parklane chairs, and they look terrific. We have a 1958 Frank Lloyd Wright type of house and it looks like it was made for the front entrance. I wish I bought the side table now. Maybe I will soon.

When I decided I wanted a retro chair for my small porch, yours was exactly what I pictured in my mind. I thought I'd find one at Cost Plus or Pier One, but I couldn't. So glad I found your website. I bought The Parklane in raspberry. The color is beautiful.I love it! It's gorgeous, sturdy, and comfortable to sit on. It's a fun addition to the front of my house. All I need now is a pink flamingo on the lawn to go with it! Don't think that will go over well with the homeowner's association, though.

I have been looking for a high quality clam shell metal chair for some time. I took a chance on these chairs, and was not disappointed. From the packaging to the hardware, and paint finish, very satisfied. They will last a long time.

I was delighted to check back to the website and find the Parklane Chair in Huckleberry at a great price!!! Finally, I found a match for 2 older Torrans chairs I bought about 10 years ago in a vibrant periwinkle called 'Iris'. Huckleberry is lighter but exactly the same hue & the Parklane is the same shape. It looks great on our porch. Now I'm thinking about getting the Bellaire bar chairs....

My standard poodle, all 60 pounds of him, and I (all 180 lbs) sit in this chair in the doorway to the barn and watch the sun go down. It's comfortable, it supports us both, it's retro and so am I.

Happy to have found the Parklane!

I only wish I could justify buying another one--but one man, one poodle, who would sit in Parklane #2?

This retro glider looks very cool in our back yard, tucked under the grape arbor. Reminds us of childhood experiences when our feet couldn't reach the ground. Quality of the chair is good but was missing two fasteners and two end caps. Luckily, we bought two other Retro Metal chairs that had extra fasteners! Found the end caps at our local hardware store.

Bought one glider and one chair. Put the chair together and it is beautiful. We are a little over halfway putting the glider together but cannot get the back metal straps on that hold the chair part to the frame.. Did anyone else have this problem and, if so, how did you solve it? My husband says he will have to drill holes that will match up with the straps, as if we get one strap on, the other strap hole is about 3 inches off and no amount of pulling on the chairs will match it up.

I absolutely love the Thunderbird Chair. The Colors are beautiful and the lumbar support makes for comfortable setting for long periods of time. I have the aqua. I plan to get the seafoam some day to go with it.

We had been looking for some old original metal chairs for our porch over looking the Inter Coastal waterway. We were not finding many and the ones that we found were very rusty and hard to ship. We found your web site and wonderful chairs and ordered two. They were fairly easy to assemble and look great.

I have wanted metal chairs for quite a while but had always looked at older chairs with years of wear and paint. I knew I would have to have them sandblasted, painted, etc. When I found your chairs online I was kind of skeptical, nothing is as good as you remember it. But these are! I love the feel of them, the finish is beautiful and the colors are so vivid! I can almost see my grandparents sitting in my chairs as they used to sit in theirs so many years ago!!!!

I am a huge fan of these chairs. I found this company while looking for a replacement frame for a metal chair I already owned. I bought a frame and this style chair. I love it so much, that I bought two more shortly afterward. I get compliments on them all the time and will most likely be buying more soon! Thanks again!
