Good Eye! You're a good Texan and care about the Ole' Lone Star!! If this were the actual flag hanging vertical then yes, the white should be on the LEFT of the red. However, we did not wish to create the actual Flag of the Republic of Texas but instead only a Texas flavored design. Also, the star is pointed up which is incorrect were it the actual flag. We thought it disrespectful to make the design as if it were the true flag. This is also the design most folks use when they are painting the chairs themselves. Thanks! Louis Torrans

Just browsing through and noticed they technically have the Texas flag painted backwards! The white part of the flag should be on the left and the red on the right. I know this chair is supposed to be whimsical and fun, but it bugs me!
