In-stock orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Orders received after 11:00am CST will be shipped the following day. Saturday deliveries are an additional expense, please call us for pricing.

Back-Ordered Items

Your items are shipped if they are available. We do not have backorder items. You will need to keep checking back to see when they are in stock again.

East Texas Adirondack Furniture items

East Texas Adirondack Furniture items are considered custom orders, it may take between 2-6 weeks to complete (depending on warehouse work orders). Full payment is due at time of order placement. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for cancelled orders.

Returns & Exchanges

If you have any questions, concerns or are unhappy with your order for any reason, please Contact us via e-mail: RMC and we will make it right.

We require that:

* Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 30 days.

* Item(s) must be returned in original condition with the box and all packaging as received.

* If you decide you just don't like it, you pay the return shipping, 20% re-stocking fee and will receive a refund for the item(s) once we receive and inspect.

If you paid via credit card or PayPal, we will credit your account.

Please Note: If a shipment is refused because you changed your mind, you will be charged the return shipping fees plus 20% re-stocking fee (deducted from refund)
