PICNIC COOLER-Originally designed in the 1940s and made by both Temprite and Action. This highly popular summer classic is in the style known as “Junior” and is sized for a single six pack but is capable of handling more! Made to the same specifications as those from 60 years ago, Picnic Cooler from Torrans Manufacturing Co., LLC uses modern day insulation to keep your food and beverages cold all day. Snap tight lid insures secure travel against accidental spills!

DRINK COOLER-Same size and style as original Westinghouse “Junior” coolers from about 1932. Sized to serve and chill 24 to 30 beverages with normal 20lb. sack of ice. Features storage underneath, bottle opener and cap catcher just like the vintage pieces! Holds ice for many hours of repeated openings. When done for the day, just pull the interior plug and drain the water. Includes rubber casters for easy moving and has tough UV resistant high gloss powder coat finish. Interior finished in bright aluminum material.

Improved efforts have been used to make these items resistant to UPS Ground shipping damage. Still, their unique physical size, weight and shape prove to be challenging in avoiding damage while in transit.

Additional efforts and improved packing methods are being considered to mitigate these issues.

We will ship these items via UPS ground delivery to you with full replacement warranty should they arrive damaged. Please provide pictures of the damage.

However, if the replacement arrives damaged as well, you will then be offered the following three (3) options.
1) Receive a discount on the item. Please provide pictures of the damage.
2) Receive full refund on the item plus return shipping. Please provide pictures of the damage.
3) Have an additional item sent. This second attempt will release Torrans Manufacturing Company, LLC from further replacement warranty obligations for returns, discounts or refunds. Please provide pictures of the damage.

Another shipping alternative is to have your order travel by Common Carrier aka. truck freight. This method requires packing your order on a wooden pallet and consigning with one of our freight carriers. It also requires that your shipping address is zoned and suitable for accepting large freight truck deliveries. If you are unsure of this then we recommend either making a dock pickup request or arranging for delivery to a commercial loading dock already accepting commercial freight.

Residential delivery increases the freight charges by $90. Lift gate services are an additional $85.
