Q: Where are your chairs made?

A: China. We own the molds and tooling used to make our outdoor furniture. Everything we sell is made to our own specifications. Our furniture has a UV powdercoat finish and stainless steel fasteners and is made heavier than they were years ago.

Q: What is the weight limit of the chairs and gliders?

A: Weight limit is 275 lbs and 500 lbs.

Q: What is your warranty?

A: We guarantee our products for one year, under normal circumstances. If you place your metal furniture on gravel, brick or concrete and it is scuffed from movement, then the warranty will be void.

Q: Will you replace furniture that is received damaged?

A: Yes, we will replace the part or piece of furniture that is damaged. There is seldom the need for a complete replacement. We do ask that if it appears that it was damaged in shipping that you take pictures of the box and the damages so we can file a claim with UPS.

Q: Do you sell replacement parts?

A: Yes, we have replacement parts on hand. Most of our parts will fit the vintage furniture.

Q: Do you have a re-stocking charge?

A: We charge a 20% re-stocking charge only if you have received your furniture and have decided that you just didn’t like it, want it or the color was not right. You pay the return shipping and re-stocking fee and we’ll refund your money.

Q: Do you have care and assembly instructions?

A: Yes, we have care and assembly instructions on-line.

Q: Do you have color chips?

A: No. There are color charts on-line.

Q: Can I find these chairs at Wal-Mart, Target, Lowes or Home Depot?

A: No, not these chairs. You may see some similar to them but, they are not sold to any of the “Big Box” stores.

Q: Could we see these chairs in retail stores?

A: Yes, they are sold to many furniture stores, garden centers, hardware and patio stores.

Q: Is there somewhere we can get a list of what stores they are sold to?

Q: How does your furniture ship?

A: UPS, Freight Carrier, USPS. Small orders ship UPS. Large orders could ship Freight carrier. Replacement parts could ship USPS.

Q: What is dimensional weight?

A: For example, you may have an item that weighs 15 lb. Due to its size and the packaging size; it is billable at 30 lb. This is all determined by weight, length, height and width of the package.

Q: How can I calculate the shipping on my order without going through the whole checkout?

A: Simply add the item(s) to your shopping cart. Click on “View Cart.” Then click on “Estimate Ship costs.” All you will need to enter is your State and Zip Code. This will give you the different shipping options without having to put in your whole address or payment information. You will only be asked for that once you go to “Checkout.”

Q: Do you ship to military addresses?

A: We certainly will try to. Orders going to APO and FPO addresses will need to be called in or emailed to us. Some items are too large to ship Mail.

Q: Do you sell your products wholesale?

A: No, we are not wholesalers. We are retailers only.

Q: Are you the same company as Torrans Manufacturing Company, LLC?

A: We are owned by Torrans Manufacturing Company, LLC.

Q: Do you have a catalog available?

A: No. What you see on the website is all we have.
